Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Collections Staff
Timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the automated timekeeping system, including managing new
hires and terminations
Provide data entry and verification of employee payroll hours,
resolving discrepancies as needed
Generate expense reports and assist with staff lodging
arrangements
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Up to 1 year of related experience required
Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software
Effective organizational skills
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
