Job Description:

A company is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their Corporate Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and execute potential capital raising transactions
Manage engagement with current and potential investors
Develop reporting and analyses for Management and Board meetings

Required Qualifications

18-36 months of investment banking experience
Extensive experience with financial/operating modeling and analyses
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
Experience working in or covering the healthcare industry (desired)
