Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager Finance Co-Pilot to drive
growth for specific brands by partnering with commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee business planning, forecasting, and budget management
Lead and develop finance team members while driving accountability
for financial targets
Conduct analysis and provide insights to support strategic
initiatives and investment decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting
Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel and data analysis
tools
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and manufacturing
environments is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic team
environment
