Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cash Applications Consultant
(Contract) to manage cash posting and reconciliation
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately apply daily receipts and reconcile cash receipts to the
General Ledger (G/L)
Perform posting reversals for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks and
maintain cash application upload files
Contribute to month-end close processes and assist with internal
audit clean-up
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in cash applications or
accounting
Prior experience with process improvement and automation projects
preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with financial software applications, preferably
NetSuite
