Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Sales Representative to
engage with prospective members and guide them through the
onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings with prospective members via video calls, phone
calls, and emails
Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and schedule meetings
through various communication channels
Facilitate smooth transitions to financial planners by clearly
communicating member needs and expectations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial sales
Comfortable making outbound dials to warm sales leads
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Willingness to adjust working hours to suit member availability
Possessing a strong member-first attitude and demonstrating
personal integrity
