Job Description:
Busy sales office in South Orange County is looking for a sharp,
outgoing receptionist/ front desk admin! Bilingual Spanish is a
plus. Company has experienced over 20% growth for the past 3 years
and expanded into a larger office recently. Position is available
due to an internal promotion-- great opportunity for growth!
Company offers excellent benefits including medical, dental,

matched 401k. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-4 year of
recent front desk administrative, receptionist, or general office
support experience. If you have experience in a customer service
oriented industry in a role that requires a lot of multi-tasking,
this could be the ideal fit for you! 4-year degree preferred but
not required.
Looking for a professional, personable receptionist who will be
responsible for answering phones, sorting/delivering mail, ordering
office supplies, booking the conference room, coordinating office
luncheons, coordinating schedules, customer email correspondence,
HR/payroll assistance, assisting with travel arrangements, and some
data entry. This position will be responsible for being the
"Director of First Impressions". Great opportunity for growth and
