As a Lead Digital IC Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital circuit designs. This position requires an innovative mindset and the ability to lead projects from conception through to successful implementation.In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of complex digital circuits, ensuring seamless integration with analog components. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop innovative circuit solutions that meet stringent performance and cost objectives. Your strong leadership throughout the design cycle will be critical to driving high-quality output and meeting project deadlines.This position requires you to work onsite in San Diego, CA in a hybrid environment.Responsibilities
