Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Service Operations Engineer
to maintain and improve technical cloud environments for
high-profile customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical SME on cloud operations, focusing on BCP/DR,
capacity, resilience, security, and troubleshooting
Lead complex technical activities such as incidents, deployments,
and DR failover while ensuring operational stability
Guide and mentor teams to develop technical skills and implement
best practices across the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a similar role with in-depth technical
expertise
Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
Platform
Proficiency in cloud architecture, SaaS design, and container
orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with database engines and event-driven
architectures
Experience in managing technical teams and collaborating with
stakeholders across different regions
