Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT change management activities and CAB
authorizations
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with
ITIL best practices
Conduct post-implementation reviews and manage risks associated
with changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional
experience
Proven experience in ITIL change management practices
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
Certification in ITIL Foundation or higher is preferred
