Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Analytics
to lead and oversee the Data Science team in developing algorithms
and insights to improve child outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and development to direct reports, fostering
professional growth and innovation
Lead a team to analyze, model, and deliver data that assists
decision-makers in maximizing child outcomes
Engage with ministry strategies to align analytical and product
roadmaps across teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
10 years of experience, with 5+ years in the development sector
Experience managing a team on technical tasks and projects
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
Knowledge of GIS and Spatial Analysis tools
