Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to
lead CRM programs and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement,
retention, and monetization
Set and track KPIs for CRM campaigns, providing insights and
performance reports to leadership
Lead a CRM team, fostering collaboration across departments to
ensure cohesive execution of strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
advanced degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in
a digital or subscription-based environment
Proven track record of driving CRM strategies that enhance
retention and customer lifetime value
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
tools
Leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing
teams
