As our Product Development Director, you'll lead a team dedicated to bringing exciting, new ideas to life, establishing our products as market leaders worldwide, and enriching our customers' outdoor experiences. In this role, you will drive the growth and expansion of our brand, creating and executing forward-thinking strategies that keep our offerings relevant, competitive, and in high demand.What You'll Do

• Lead Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement forward-thinking product development strategies that align with our business goals and market demands.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, merchandising, and customer support to ensure seamless product launches and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and customer needs, defining product requirements and prioritizing a roadmap that keeps us competitive.
• Product Design & Development: Oversee product design and development projects from concept to launch, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Global Product Launches: Ensure timely, high-quality product delivery, managing the Product Development department's budget, timelines, and resources.
• Global Collaboration: Work with international partners, including outsourced manufacturers, especially in Asia, to drive consistent product quality and development.What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 10+ years in product development, with a proven record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful products in consumer goods (outdoor products preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills, with experience in agile development methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of market trends, customer insights, and global product launch strategies.
• Familiarity with international markets and collaborating across cultures.
