Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Network Operations Director
responsible for overseeing provider contracting and service
delivery for a nationwide occupational health provider network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive provider
network, including contract negotiations and renewals
Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and internal
performance targets
Oversee vendor performance governance and maintain strong
relationships with providers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
administration, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in provider network management,
contracting, and negotiations
Proven experience in negotiating and managing healthcare provider
contracts
Strong knowledge of vendor management and regulatory compliance
Entrepreneurial spirit and a solid growth mindset
