Job Description:
A company is looking for a Right-of-Way Contract Manager
responsible for managing ROW agreements and project management
related to the fiber-optic network across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Renew various Right-of-Way Agreements and manage 3rd Party
Fiber/Conduit and Pole Agreements
Coordinate and negotiate multiple contracts simultaneously while
providing progress reports and metrics
Act as Outside Plant project manager for assigned construction
projects within the territory
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in contract negotiation and management
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Experience interfacing with various municipal agencies
5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, or related field; a
combination of education and experience is acceptable
