A company is looking for a Vice President of Benefits
Research.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive architectural vision for
benefits technology
Lead the development of a robust developer platform and foster a
vibrant developer ecosystem
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with
business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a
senior architecture leadership role
Experience in defining architectural strategies for large-scale
systems, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong experience in designing and launching successful developer
platforms
Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies and
emerging technologies
