Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new
agent onboarding and ongoing development
Lead and manage a team of curriculum and training delivery
professionals
Monitor and measure training effectiveness against tactical
KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of high-volume training and development experience
2+ years of virtual/e-learning training experience
5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
