Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients to enroll
them in CCM/RPM programs
Educates patients on program benefits and obtains their consent to
enroll
Documents patient interactions accurately in the enrollment
system
Required Qualifications
Outbound call center experience (inside sales)
Dependable with a consistent work ethic and good time management
skills
Experience in phone-based customer service or sales is a plus
Comfortable navigating and recording data in computer systems
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
