Job Description:

A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support global HR operations processes and serve as the primary contact for employees.



Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for HR programs and processes, focusing on data entry and electronic documents
Assist with daily HR operations, including onboarding, responding to inquiries, and managing employee requests
Maintain compliance with employment laws and assist with special projects as needed


Required Qualifications

0-3 years of experience; a Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
Customer-focused, adaptable, and empathetic attitude
Ability to research and analyze data for HR resolutions
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office is desired
