We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal / Senior
Principal Technical Services Project Management Specialist based
out of San Diego, California.
What you'll get to do:
Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as
liaison between program management, production, planning,
procurement, supply chain, quality, supplier quality, project team,
and line management. Manage the performance, budget, and schedule
of the assigned control account, ensure proper execution of the
work, and report progress to Program Management. Assess project
issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and
client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for
monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem-solving with
Project Managers, Line Managers, and Program Management.

Preferred Qualifications for Both Levels:
Salary Range: $107,300 - $160,900
Salary Range 2: $133,000 - $199,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives.
