Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trial Attorney to manage consumer and
commercial collection matters in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to completion, including court
appearances and pleading preparation
Negotiate and interact closely with support staff and attorneys
Review pleadings and handle case management tasks
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate required
Two to four years of trial experience, preferably in collection
litigation
Admission to practice law in the state of Florida
Knowledge of consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Debt
Collection Practices Act, preferred
Admission to practice law in additional states is preferred but not
required
