Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add a Senior
Principal Electronics Engineer - Mission Systems Responsible
Engineer to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in
Rancho Bernardo, CA. This position will be in our Avionics
Integration Organization.
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of
design, buildup, and delivery of large data centers using
commercially available IT equipment. These deliveries will consist
of new data center deployments and upgrades to existing data
centers.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Technical and schedule lead for assigned system upgrade or new
delivery:

The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work
environment with high expectations, significantly diverse
assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
This position requires full-time, on-site work at our facility.
There is no remote/hybrid/telework available for this position.
This position requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the
time.

Salary Range: $133,000 - $199,600
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results.
