Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Recruiting and Human Resources Team with administrative duties and various aspects of the hiring process.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the full offer lifecycle, including preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks
Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with regulations in job postings
Generate reports from the Applicant Tracking System to track recruitment metrics


Required Qualifications

Two (2) or more years of experience supporting Recruitment or Human Resources in an administrative role
Two (2) or more years of experience with applicant tracking or HRIS systems
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to pass a background check successfully
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations preferred
