Job Description:
A company is looking for a Search Coordinator to support a
Partner in a national retained executive search firm.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support for search
activities, including scheduling and managing communications
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the
Partner and candidates
Manage information and documentation, ensuring timely updates in
internal databases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of administrative experience in a
professional setting
Professional and service-oriented approach with a high level of
proactiveness
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with discretion
Prior experience with databases and strong overall technological
skills
