TEAM is also recognized as a winner of the San Diego Top Workplace award in 2022 and 2023.Role Summary:TEAM is looking for an Operations Chief of Staff who will be responsible for improving operational processes across a variety of client-facing functions, including Payroll, Client Service, and Employee Relations. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the Director of Client Operations, CCO, and VP of Private Family Services to advance high-impact initiatives.What you'll do:

• Gain a deep understanding of our client-facing functions and how they operate on a day-to-day basis - you should learn their processes such that you could fill in if somebody is out of office.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, drive efficiency, and improve client-service across client-facing functions.
• Build standard operating procedures for key processes.
• Develop implementation plans for process improvements, including timelines, training plans, and any associated documentation needed for change management.
• Facilitate training sessions to train team members on the process changes.
• Partner with our technical team to build reporting mechanisms to monitor the process changes to ensure new processes are being followed.
• Partner with our Product team to build technological solutions when necessary.What you'll need to know/have:
• Extremely high accountability, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly on the job; this is a role that will touch many teams, and we expect that you'll pick things up quickly.
• Analytical orientation and experience analyzing data to solve problems.
• Experience delivering fanatical customer service and ability to interface with top-level executives at banks and financial services institutions.
• Operational focus; eye for process improvement and ability to run through walls to get things done.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build trusted relationships within the team and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership.

The California salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000.
