Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience
Representative to enhance customer relationships and manage
insurance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and build rapport with customers
Educate and consult customers on insurance coverage options
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and recommend improvements for
internal tools and product experience
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in
insurance
Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of
employment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
