Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Support Specialist to provide
customer service support in the healthcare/insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and portal inquiries
while maintaining ownership of member resolutions
Educate members on benefit plans, healthcare resources, and assist
in navigating their healthcare experience
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure optimal
service delivery and resolve member complaints
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
Experience in client-focused solutions with direct member
contact
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Aptitude for learning and retention
