Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Services Professional to
serve as a primary representative on the Provider Services call
queue.
Key Responsibilities
Handle phone calls from facility and professional providers
regarding plan documents, benefits, and claims
Perform triaging of emails and voicemails, and enter data into the
system
Professionally communicate through various channels and coordinate
with colleagues and other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year experience within a customer support role; Health Insurance
experience strongly preferred
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
