Specialist to assist utility customers with energy-saving
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency
programs
Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them on program
offerings
Utilize multiple platforms for customer interactions, including
chat and email
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls preferred
Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
