Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to
provide staffing services and support the organization's business
needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Confer with Corporate HR Director on personnel needs and workforce
planning strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with senior management and
professional organizations to enhance recruiting efforts
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including candidate
presentation, selection, and offer negotiation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing,
Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in
the healthcare industry
Expert knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting
Ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
appropriately
