Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Architect specializing in
ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Creator.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project implementations and provide thought leadership on
the ServiceNow platform
Architect solution designs for ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Creator product
suites
Drive continuous improvements in implementation methodology and
service offerings
Required Qualifications
4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client
consulting environment
8+ years of incremental technical experience in roles such as
developer or architect
Proficiency with web service standards such as SOAP, REST, and
XML
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and other relevant
ServiceNow certifications
Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or Engineering disciplines
