Acceptance Student Stage representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist prospective students with enrollment processes and
inquiries
Provide information on academic programs and financial aid
options
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
Experience in customer service or call center environment
Familiarity with enrollment processes in higher education
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
