Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to review and assess Care Team interactions with members and identify quality trends.

Key Responsibilities

Review and score Care Team interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
Identify quality trends and training needs to enhance Care Team effectiveness
Assist in developing training resources for ongoing department education

Required Qualifications

Experience in service-oriented roles with familiarity in quality auditing and coaching
Ability to create and improve operational processes
Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
Comfort with using new technologies and software applications
Willingness to seek feedback and learn from diverse perspectives
