Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Associate
(Spanish) to join their remote collections team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service regarding collection issues in a
high-traffic call center
Resolve client discrepancies and reconcile outstanding balances
Meet defined department goals and activity metrics, including skip
tracing and providing payoff quotes
Required Qualifications and Education
Fluent in Spanish
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of collections experience or 1 year of related
customer service experience
Demonstrated historical career stability
Willingness to travel domestically for training and team-building
initiatives
