Key Responsibilities:
Define and support the rhythm of the business for Customer Success
and Professional Services
Lead business planning, including targets for utilization and
headcount in collaboration with Sales Operations teams
Provide business performance analysis and reporting to
stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation across functions
Required Qualifications:
Project management skills
Experience making data-driven arguments
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to understand complicated systems
Experience in Customer Success or Professional Services operations
