Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Specialist to
verify patient insurance benefits and facilitate access to
healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify patient insurance information for benefit
verification
Document patient coverage details and identify any access
restrictions
Perform quality reviews of work and report reimbursement trends to
management
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, medical
billing, or benefits verification
Proficient in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office
Suite
Familiarity with insurance benefits verification preferred
