Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Remote) to support clients with Employee Navigator systems.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the Employee Navigator build-out and renewal process
Provide frontline support to clients, resolving complex issues
Document internal processes and conduct training sessions for staff


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in a consultative support role
Strong technical knowledge of Employee Navigator or similar platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage and prioritize customer inquiries effectively
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
