Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatcher I for 2nd and 3rd shifts
in a work-from-home setting.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA
Roadside assistance
Communicate necessary information to service providers for timely
assistance
Monitor the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensure
thorough documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of dispatching or call center experience
Salesforce experience preferred
Must be able to work overtime and holidays as needed
Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection required
