Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Scheduling Systems to
manage patient access tools and support strategic initiatives
around growth and access.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to design workflows for patient
self-scheduling and centralized scheduling
Monitor system analytics and produce reports to identify
optimization opportunities
Develop business and technical requirements for database and system
development
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree is required
1 - 3 years' healthcare experience is required; knowledge of
physician practice operations preferred
Master of Public Health, Health Administration, or related advanced
degree may substitute for healthcare experience
Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBi, or Domo
is a plus
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
