Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Program Analyst, Sr.
Key Responsibilities
Support program development and project management for various
talent and learning programs
Establish and maintain data analytics and reporting tools to
measure program effectiveness
Coordinate program calendars and ensure timely delivery of training
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning, Analytics, Business, Project
Management, or equivalent experience
Five years of experience managing multiple mid to high complexity
programs
Strong program management skills in a cross-functional
environment
Experience in the development or planning of talent development
programs is preferred
Proficient in MS Office Products including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
