A company is looking for a Senior Claims Operations Business
Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and document workflow, systems requirements, and process
analysis
Create and maintain standard reports to support operational and
development needs
Conduct root cause analyses and recommend solutions based on
data-driven insights
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 3 years of systems analysis experience in a relevant
technical environment
5+ years of experience in analysis, preferably in managed care,
healthcare, or insurance industries
Experience working in Medicare Operations for positions supporting
Medicare
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience
may be considered
Knowledge of system process analysis and program management
