Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to
support software products in the clinical genetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and define system requirements to support software
enhancements throughout the SDLC
Communicate technical and functional requirements with stakeholders
and create JIRA tickets for the Engineering team
Coordinate testing and validation of developed features, ensuring
requirements are met and approved by stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare is
essential
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or
Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of business analysis experience with software
development
Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with
relational/non-relational databases
Experience using JIRA and knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum
methodologies
