Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support
the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly Accounts Payable close activities, including
accruals and reconciliations
Process and review invoices from suppliers and vendors, resolving
discrepancies as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance
efficiency and reduce costs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with multiple entities
and currencies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP
Experience with travel & expense platforms and purchase order
platforms
Ability to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently
