- Pet Insurance In this position you would be responsible for
following up with prospective customers; working with new and
existing customers to schedule and confirm appointments; and
reminding customers of sales appointments for new and existing
customers. You would report directly to the BDC
Manager.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service BDC Service experience
(Preferred)
- Minimum 3 year of 3-6 months of previous over the phone
customer service experience
- Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have a drive, passion and confidence to be successful
- Professional appearance and work ethic a must
- Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level
of customer service
- Valid driver's licenseEssential Duties, but not limited to:
- Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email
on our website.
- Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate
department personnel.
- Provides administrative assistance as needed.
- Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares
documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.
- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and
referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories,
inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be
devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the
dealership's standards of productivity and devise a strategy to
meet those goals.
- Provide service management information by completion
reports.
- Attend service meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Periodically conduct physical inventory of merchandise. Apply
